Restaurant General Manager - Healthy Fast Casual

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food quality and service
• Lead and inspire a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of employees
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss management
• Experience with health-conscious or fast-casual dining concepts is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
