Responsibilities

• Advises leadership of any out of stock items and relays this info as needed to guests in a polite and professional manner
• Brews coffee and iced tea; prepares teas and assists bar with juices and cold brews where applicable
• Expedites order taking to ensure quick and friendly service
• Notifies leadership of any customer complaints or dissatisfaction for immediate remedy
• Serves as liaison between BOH & FOH, ensuring food/drinks are served promptly and to standard
• Is conscientious about clearing/cleaning tables to accommodate guests
• Responsible for running drinks and food when not actively taking orders for customers
• Sets up and cleans work area as well as surrounding areas and completes all necessary checklists
• Performs secondary duties which may include but are not limited to:
  • stocking dine in and take out items
  • rolling silverware
  • stock/restocking soup & oatmeal garnishes where applicable
  • filling backstock of items such as dressings, fruit cups, chips, hot tea bags, grab ‘n go cooler items
  • stocking and cleaning retail items
  • assists with completing catering tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year Customer Service
• Valid Food Handlers Certification
