About the role

The Bay Bar and Grille is hiring Expos! After a lengthy remodel, our beloved restaurant is excited to welcome guests back—and we're looking for passionate, detail-oriented expeditors to join our team! As a well-established local favorite, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly prepared.

Schedule

• Open daily for lunch and dinner, looking for both day and evening staff
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• All team members must be available for at least one weekend shift
• Flexible and can accommodate many school schedules

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between kitchen staff and front of house staff to guarantee timely, accurate orders
• Inspect dishes for quality, presentation, and accuracy before they reach our guests
• Support the kitchen and front of house team with professionalism and positivity
• Run food to appropriate tables
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area
• Complete daily stocking and cleaning tasks as outlined by checklists and management

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred, but happy to train the right candidates
