Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and supply chain processes
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Aid in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation
  • Maintain financial performance and assist with budget management

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software

Pay

The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
