Assistant General Manager - Casual Dining Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
• Supervise staff and coordinate training programs for new employees
• Monitor food quality and service standards to deliver an outstanding dining experience
• Engage with customers to address feedback and develop rapport
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the General Manager in budget management and cost control initiatives
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus

Pay

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually
