Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service execution
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training
• Maintain food safety standards, quality, and consistent guest service
• Monitor financial performance, inventory management, and operational metrics

Requirements

• Proven restaurant management experience in high-volume environments
• Demonstrated ability to build, train, and motivate teams
