Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain service excellence standards
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and operational metrics for profitability
• Respond to guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction ratings
• Support the GM with scheduling, hiring, and staff development

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in full-service restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong grasp of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost management
