Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM on hiring, training, and opening execution
• Lead front-of-house shifts with energy and precision
• Build service standards and hold them from day one
• Manage labor, cash handling, and daily operations
• Create the kind of culture new teams rally around

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service concept
• Opening or multi-unit exposure is a plus
• A builder's mentality—systems, training, follow-through
• Strong communication across FOH and BOH
• Ambition to grow into a General Manager role
