Requirements
- Three-plus years restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced dining operations
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
- Natural leader with excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
