About the Role

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is excited about running a growing brunch-only concept restaurant. We want a motivated morning person who can manage both pancakes and people, someone who will take charge of the restaurant while helping their staff reach their full potential, while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest every time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary leadership role in the absence of the GM
• Manage both FOH and BOH operations
• Lead and develop team members, helping them reach their full potential
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest
• Take charge of restaurant operations

Requirements

• 2 - 3 Years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Prior FOH and BOH Management experience required
• Strong BOH leadership experience preferred
• An upward trajectory career path and responsibility with a proven passion in hospitality
• A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect
• Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
