About the role
Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is excited about running a growing brunch-only concept restaurant. We want a motivated morning person who can manage both pancakes and people—someone who will take charge of the restaurant while helping staff reach their full potential and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest, every time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary leadership role in the absence of the General Manager
- Oversee both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations
- Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and commitment
- Maintain clear communication both verbally and in writing
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership experience, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated BOH leadership
- A proven passion for hospitality and an upward career trajectory
- A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
