About the Role

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to run a growing brunch-only concept restaurant. We want a motivated morning person who can manage both operations and people, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest while helping staff reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership role in the absence of the General Manager
• Oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Maintain clear communication both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Prior FOH and BOH management experience (strong BOH leadership experience preferred)
• Proven passion for hospitality with an upward career trajectory
• A firm belief in creating a positive and respectful work environment
