Respiratory Therapist II (RRT)

About the role

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join a market-based resource team, providing safe, continuous, and quality patient care across multiple facilities within the Greater Charlotte area.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional patient care in various settings
• Working across 3-4 locations within the assigned market
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a safe, patient-centered environment
• S supporting community involvement and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Upholding safety principles and the 'First Do No Harm' philosophy

Qualifications and skills

• Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
• Competency in respiratory therapy and ability to work in multiple locations
• Possess strong teamwork, engagement, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
