Responsible for delivering complex respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in critical care settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care
- Perform ventilator management
- Perform airway procedures
- Perform arterial blood gas analysis
- Patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Verify orders
- Promote safety
- Support staff and student development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- All required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP
- Minimum of 0-2 years of clinical experience, including at least 6 months in critical care
