About the role
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) to join a compassionate, collaborative team in the Respiratory Care department. This role involves providing critical respiratory support, advocating for patients, and prioritizing care based on patient needs and acuity levels.
Responsibilities
- Administer and evaluate medication therapies
- Perform patient transfers
- Deliver routine and advanced respiratory treatments such as ABGs and bronchial hygiene therapy
- Demonstrate independence in respiratory care, including ventilator management and airway management
- Interpret blood gas results
- Provide emergent interventions in critical care settings
Requirements
- 2-year/Associate Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- Current RCP licensure
