Respiratory Therapist II (RRT)

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for developing and implementing personalized respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians and other professionals. They establish genuine relationships with patients and support systems, using evidence-based practices and compassion to assist patients through their health journey, whether promoting health or providing comfort at end-of-life. The role requires accountability for managing and delivering care in accordance with current policies and procedures. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree (required), and a bachelor's degree (preferred). Licensure includes current RCP licensure in the appropriate state.
