About the role
The Registered Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role as part of the healthcare team, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans that promote health or comfort. Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, they assist patients in navigating their health journeys, taking responsibility and accountability for care management in line with policies and procedures.
The Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) General Pool is trained to work across at least three acute respiratory care locations within their region, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various clinical settings.
Requirements
- Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state
- Minimum of one year of experience

- 2-year/Associate Degree (preferred)
- 4-year/Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
