Respiratory Therapist - GIG/Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Role Overview: Performs comprehensive respiratory care for patients based on physician orders, serving as a key resource for physicians and nursing staff. Consults on therapy effectiveness and performs assigned duties to support patient health. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care across all aspects of respiratory therapy.Collaborate with physicians to assess and optimize therapy outcomes.Act as an advanced resource for respiratory care expertise.Perform duties as assigned, ensuring quality care and safety. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a CoArc-accredited Respiratory Care program.Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and NBRC credential (RRT or CRT).One year of relevant experience, excluding orientation.Certifications: ACLS required; PALS preferred for ER roles.Physical ability to handle respiratory equipment and perform related tasks.Experience in critical care is preferred.
