Respiratory Therapist - GIG/Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Performs comprehensive respiratory care for patients based on physician orders, acting as an advanced resource for medical staff. Responsibilities include direct patient care, consulting on therapy effectiveness, and performing assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential: RRT or CRT
• ACLS required; PALS preferred for ER roles
• Minimum of one year of experience outside orientation

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency with respiratory care devices
• Ability to push, pull, grip up to 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl
• Preferred critical care experience
• Flexibility in shift selection with no mandatory weekends or holidays

Pay

Competitive hourly rates ($30–$35) with shift incentives.

Schedule

• Flexible shifts (4, 8, or 12 hours)
• W-2 employment status
