Respiratory Therapist - Certified

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced respiratory therapeutic procedures
• Transcribe and implement physician orders
• Utilize oxygen therapy and assessment skills
• Monitor patient needs to ensure appropriate respiratory care
• Provide patient-specific respiratory treatments
• Support physician orders
• Maintain high standards of patient care within the respiratory care department

Qualifications

• Graduate from an NBRC-accredited respiratory care program
• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist certification
• Possess BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Respiratory Care
• Complete all required orientation programs
