Respiratory Therapist - Certified

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and implement and evaluate respiratory care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Deliver health education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Provide clinical leadership and complete assigned goals to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Support continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Current state license and CRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Recent clinical experience in care settings such as hospitals, home care, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Successful completion of hospital and departmental orientation.
• Basic computer skills with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ABG endorsement preferred.
• ACLS certification is desirable.
