About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Resourcing Assistant to join our friendly Resourcing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Support candidates, recruiting managers and colleagues across the Trust by processing recruitment documentation, responding to enquiries, maintaining records and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment services.
  • Contribute to the delivery of an efficient, professional and responsive recruitment service that helps attract the people who deliver outstanding patient care across Leeds.

  • You will bring a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of working in a customer-focused environment, the ability to handle confidential information professionally and sensitively, the ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, a customer first approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria or the salary threshold concessions set out under the Skilled Worker visa route to comply with UK Government regulations on Skilled Worker sponsorship.

Pay

Salary range: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
