About the Role

The Resource Pool Assistant Nurse Manager supports nursing operations, partnering with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. This role combines frontline leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support to enhance patient outcomes and caregiver engagement within a dynamic nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily clinical activities, staffing, and resource management.
• Oversee budget, supplies, and employee performance evaluations.
• Promote a professional, safe, and patient-centered environment.
• Support caregiver development, onboarding, and mentorship.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Foster effective communication among staff, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and support community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and current RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial, and regulatory knowledge.
• Physical ability to perform patient care tasks and operate equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
