The Float Pool Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Perform medical procedures and administer medications
• Educate patients and families
• Promptly address patient needs

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale within specified timeframes
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
