Resource Pool Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform medical procedures, monitor patient responses, and document care thoroughly.
• Administer medications, respond to patient needs, and educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver personalized, compassionate care aligned with nursing standards.
• Act as patient advocate, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice or a compact state.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), PALS (within 6 months), NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days).
• Passion for patient-centered care, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Key Duties

• Provide high-quality nursing care across various units as needed.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all care activities.
