About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, predicting project needs, and optimizing scheduling to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource planning systems to optimize the allocation of human and material resources.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand resource requirements and schedule resources accordingly.
- Use Jira or similar project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast future resource needs, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that resources are allocated in a way that meets these needs.
- Monitor the utilization of resources and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
- Continually review and improve resource planning processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource planning, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to continually review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Pay
$85,000 – $95,000 per year
