About the role

Join PA 211 Southwest (United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania) as a Remote 211 Resource Navigator and make a meaningful impact every day from home. Serve as a compassionate, knowledgeable lifeline-connecting individuals and families to essential services like food, housing, and healthcare through phone, text, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Connect individuals and families to essential services like food, housing, and healthcare through phone, text, and chat.
• Handle diverse interactions from routine requests to crisis support.

Requirements

• Must be able to attend in-person training for the two-to-three-week time period in the Pittsburgh office before remote work begins.
