The Resource Navigator is an on-site United Way representative at partner workplace(s). The role helps employees address non-work-related challenges that impact attendance or productivity. Key responsibilities include:

• Connecting employees to community resources
• Providing individualized financial coaching
• Delivering financial literacy workshops
• Supporting data management, reporting, and other United Way community impact activities

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
