We are hiring a winter seasonal position in the housekeeping department with a variety of shift times available. Requirements Must be at least 16 years of ageMust be able to work inside and outside of the resort of all lodges on propertyFlexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weatherPrevious housekeeping experience is a plus!Desire to be an integral part of a growing housekeeping teamAttention to detail, cleanliness and dedication to creating a welcoming space for guests will be key to your success in this role. Get ready to make a difference every day!Walking and standing throughout entire shift doing assigned tasks, and frequently squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing and pullingOccasionally lifting or carrying more than 50 lbs, and frequently reaching above shoulder levelAbility to interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly, professional mannerAbility to work both independently and within a team, often with little supervisionAbility to understand and follow oral and written instructionsCustomer service-oriented attitude and demeanorWork area noise level can vary based on assigned shift What You Can Expect Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas inside and outside of the resortDisinfect and Sanitize restrooms and replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items in restrooms continuously throughout shift in a timely and efficient mannerChange and transport trash and recycling receptacles continuously throughout shift in a timely and efficient manner inside and outside of the resortSweep, mop and vacuum all assigned floor areas during shiftCarpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning if assigned during shiftClean all mirrors inside of windows using proper cleaning chemicals, which may include the use of a step ladderMove tables, chairs/stools, waste bins, small equipment on wheels, and other items for proper cleaning; realign items according to recommended layoutMaintain equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating conditionFollow all departmental policies, procedures, and standards of cleanliness when performing tasksReport any maintenance issues noticed during cleaning tasksAcknowledge and comply with all safety & emergency procedures WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: We offer the opportunity to join a growing company with over 40 years in the hospitality industry and be a part of setting a new standard of excellence in guest satisfaction.
