Skye Ranch, located in Sarasota, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Resort Attendant. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of energy, initiative, enthusiasm, and cooperation, and exercises good judgment and discretion.
• Responds calmly and tactfully to problem situations and discusses concerns constructively with people who need to be involved.
• Provides outstanding service to Members and their guests professionally and courteously.
• Promotes our lifestyle programming for Members on the resort campus including but not limited to travel, life-enrichment seminars, socials, resort pool, fitness classes/fitness memberships, and sports court programming.
• Answers questions about the resort programming and recommends events, shows, and functions for Members to attend.
• Writes routine reports and correspondence.
• Communicates effectively with Members in an appropriate tone and manner both verbally and written.
• Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals such as an emergency preparedness plan and responds appropriately to all emergencies.
• Greets Members and guests as they enter, checks ID cards, assists with event set-ups, responds promptly to communications, and follows through on commitments made to others.
• Works as a team with all departments to create a fun and exciting program for Members and their guests and promotes events, activities, and functions offered throughout the resort campus.
• Assists with room set-up and break-down for their events and assists when facilities are being used.
• Replenishes desk forms (Orientation packages, Class sign-in forms, and others).
• Administers and enforces club policies and procedures at all designated fitness & athletics areas including The Hub amenity campus, Rendezvous Park amenity campus, and Turner Park amenity campus.
• Checks fitness towel hamper. Washes, dries, and folds towels as needed. Informs the Wellness Manager if the towel par level is low.
• Works as a team with all departments to create a fun and exciting program for Members and their guests and promotes events, activities, and functions offered throughout the resort campus.
• Assists with room set-up and break-down for their events and assists when facilities are being used.
• Replenishes desk forms (Orientation packages, Class sign-in forms, and others).
