Responsibilities

• Lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases
• Actively involved in case strategy and client communication
• Independence to communicate with clients and develop your cases
• Access to upper management as part of a responsive, high achieving team
• Opportunity to try your own cases if you desire and demonstrate the necessary skills
• Trial level lawyers available to assist as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of insurance defense experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Nevada

Skills

• Experience in one or more of the following defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment
