Responsibilities

• Serve as lead counsel on assigned cases, managing day-to-day operations and client interactions.
• Conduct independent case development and client communication.
• Collaborate with upper management and a high-achieving team to deliver legal services.
• Handle cases across one or more defense areas, including bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, and employment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of insurance defense experience.
• At least 5 years of experience practicing in Texas.
