We work with over 100 domestic and foreign insurance companies, managing general agents, and dozens of regional and national self‑insured corporations. We have an excellent marketing / business development department and can provide you with assistance to elevate your career. We also give skilled lawyers independence to communicate with clients and develop your cases. You have access to upper management and will be part of a responsive, high‑achieving team. We have trial level lawyers to assist but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the necessary skills. You are lead counsel on day‑to‑day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of insurance defense experience, with at least 5 years in California.
