About the role
We are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for our Paramus office. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and/or other insurance defense matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
- Handle civil cases through trial
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey
- Licenses in New York and New Jersey a bonus (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 3–12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
- Experience in personal injury litigation and/or other insurance defense matters (Required)
