Responsibilities

• Serve as lead counsel on assigned cases
• Manage day-to-day case operations and client communications
• Develop and try cases independently, with support available from trial-level lawyers
• Collaborate with corporate partners and clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of insurance defense experience
• At least 5 years of experience practicing in Texas
• Experience in one or more of the following defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment
