Requisition: PRN Residential Worker – Adult Behavioral Health team in Carlisle, PA. $19.33/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide for the safety and welfare and support mental and physical well-being for all individuals in the community residential rehab (CRR) setting.
• Carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process.
• Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time.
• Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
• Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
• Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active and valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Human Services preferred.
