Pay Rate: $18.00+/hour

Schedule: Part‑Time / PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life‑skills development, including budgeting, self‑care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human‑service‑related field.
• Clearances: Criminal clearance and fingerprint‑based federal criminal history; valid driver’s license.
