Residential Worker

At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a full-time Residential Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Carlisle, PA.

About the role

Residential Workers provide direct care and supportive services to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions in a Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They support daily living activities, encourage recovery and stability, and actively participate in the treatment planning process in accordance with established plans to promote skill development and independence. This role also focuses on promoting a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that fosters each individual’s mental and physical well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active and valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in Human Services preferred

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating weekends.

Pay

Earn $17.76/hour or $19.76/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay, plus shift differentials.
