Residential Construction Worker

Champion Construction Services (CCS) is assembling new crews in the Finger Lakes Region of NY to install new manufactured homes and prepare them for homeownership. Construction skills are desired; on-site manufactured home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufactured home installation and setup
• Blocking, leveling, anchoring, and general site work
• Loading/unloading materials
• Operating hand and power tools
• Performing general carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, repairs, and structural modifications
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
• Construction experience is a plus but not required
• Some travel required
• Must pass a 7-panel drug screen

Pay

$20-$30/hr based on experience. Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week.

Schedule

Full-time opportunities with a typical work schedule of 5 days per week.
