About the role
The Residential Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the residential facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Ensure all equipment and appliances are in working order
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification (optional but preferred)
