Maintenance Worker

Express Employment Professionals of Albany, NY has teamed up with a local student living facility to help them find a new Janitor/Maintenance Worker. If you are a hard worker with great attention to detail and previous experience working as a Maintenance Technician, apply today!

Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional evening and weekend work

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas, hallways, and stairwells
• Clean restrooms and locker rooms, including restocking supplies
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Move furniture as needed
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
