Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, collaborating with a team, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly equipment inspections
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Avoid rooms being under-maintained and fully equipped
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Aid maintenance technicians in electrical, lighting, mechanical, plumbing, and machinery repairs
• Install and troubleshoot primary facility electrical up to 440V lighting, mechanical, and plumbing
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily and monthly targets
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures
• Assist in installing new machinery and production lines
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure proper setup

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in a maintenance role in industrial or manufacturing facility

Key Competencies

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience using various hand, pneumatic, and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses
• Demonstrated time management skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability
• General computer knowledge (i.e. log on credentials (SSO), JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
