About the role

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of residential service professionals
• Managing day-to-day service operations and ensuring operational efficiency
• Driving exceptional customer service and overall customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with dispatch, sales, customer service, and other departments to optimize workflows
• Supporting business growth through team performance, accountability, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential service or home services operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of residential service operations, field service best practices, and performance management
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Pay

$90,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
