Residential Support Staff- Youth

About the role

Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental health diagnosis in a residential group home environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a therapeutic environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements.
• Adhere to the core values and trauma sensitive practices and present as a role model for the youth in the community residence and community.
• Assist in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building services.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: College Degree, experience working with children and/or adolescents.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
