Residential Support Staff- Youth

Description Shifts currently open Full Time: Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 6am-2pm Summary Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental health diagnosis in a residential group home environment. Duties include ensuring that a therapeutic environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements. Adheres to the core values and trauma sensitive practices and presents as a role model for the youth in the community residence and community. Assists in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building services. Training is provided. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Required: Must have a High School Diploma or GED, Preferred: College Degree, experience working with children and/or adolescents. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Required: Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
