Residential Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support
• Aid in community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement
• Help individuals develop life skills such as communication, self-care, and social interaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Complete documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Work alongside families and providers to follow individualized support plans

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Caregiving or direct support experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training provided)

• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekend Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
