Salary: $12.50/hour Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent Job Summary The Residential Support Staff is responsible for supporting the daily living and psychosocial needs of residents at Pollard Place. This role involves monitoring day-to-day operations, assisting residents with basic life skills, and supervising medication self-administration, while fostering a safe and supportive environment for individuals with severe mental illness. Duties And Responsibilities Assist and monitor residents with daily living skillsSupervise medication self-administration in accordance with guidelinesProvide support with psychosocial rehabilitation activitiesMaintain a structured and safe residential environmentCommunicate effectively with residents, staff, and supervisorsDocument resident activities and progress as required Experience And Qualifications Must be able to work with and relate to adults with severe mental illness in a residential settingStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredPrior experience working with individuals with SMI (serious mental illness) is preferred This is a full time position
