Residential Support Staff - Full-Time, Second Shift

The role of an Adult Residential Support Professional involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment facility. Responsibilities include observing, documenting, and reporting resident behaviorssupporting treatment goalsresponding to emergencies and crisesadministering medications and conducting urinalysisassisting with daily living activities like meal prep and housekeepingtransporting residents to appointmentsfacilitating educational and life skills groupsmaintaining confidentiality and professional communicationattending meetings and trainingperforming additional duties as needed Qualifications include a high school diploma or GEDvalid driver’s license and transportationability to pass background and medical clearancesstrong communication and teamwork skillsability to maintain professional boundaries Preferred qualifications involve experience in behavioral health, coursework in social services, and relevant certifications.
