Residential Support Staff - Full-Time, 2nd Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional — 2nd shift Responsibilities Supervise, support, and positively role model for residents in a recovery-focused environment.Build professional relationships, maintain boundaries, and support residents’ treatment goals.Observe, document, and report behaviors, progress, and daily activities.Respond to emergencies, administer medications, and conduct urine analyses and breathalyzer tests.Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation.Facilitate educational and life skills groups, ensure confidentiality, and participate in meetings and trainings.Support program operations, including outdoor activities and seasonal property maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.Ability to pass background, caregiver, and medical clearances.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to maintain professional boundaries.Preferred: experience in substance use or behavioral health; coursework in related fields; DHS 83 training or willingness to complete it. Work Environment: Residential treatment setting requiring physical activity, outdoor supervision, and local travel. Must adhere to safety and health protocols. Additional Notes: Must have one male and one female staff member on duty; current opening requires a male staff member capable of conducting observed UAs.
