Residential Support Staff - Full-Time, Second Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd shift) Responsibilities: Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment facility. Build professional relationships, observe and document behaviors, support treatment goals, respond to emergencies, administer medications, assist with daily activities, transport residents, collect urine specimens, facilitate educational groups, maintain confidentiality, and attend trainings. Ensure safety and promote recovery in a structured environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to pass background and medical clearances, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to maintain boundaries. Preferred experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework in Social Work or Psychology, and relevant training (e.g., Fire Safety, First Aid). Skills & Requirements: Compassionate support, crisis response, documentation, medication administration, transportation, and adherence to confidentiality. Physical ability to perform duties in a residential setting, including outdoor supervision and mobility tasks. Additional Info: Position requires one male staff member for urine analysis procedures, working evenings and some weekends.
